He is survived by: his children, Scott Bemer (Debbie) of Cedar Rapids and Tammy (Tom); his grandchildren, Jenny Olson (Brian) of Cedar Rapids, Matt Bemer (Amanda) of Marshall, Katie Halligan (Gary) of Cedar Rapids, Andy Decker (Patricia) of Osaka and Callie Bemer of Cedar Rapids; his sister Patricia Matson; and his great grandchildren, Will, Daphne, Jake, Lana, Anita and Hana.
