He was predeceased by: his parents, Elliot Clark and Deane Clark (Lewis); his former wife Evelyn Helmer; his wife Mary Elizabeth Hessing; his son Thomas; and his siblings, Thomas, Evelyn, Lavern, Helen, Jack, Esther, Kenneth and Paul.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Otten (Stephen) of Wheatland and Donald Clark (Cynthia) of Cedar Rapids; and his daughter-in-law Teri Clark of Shell Knob, MO. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren:, 28 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
