He was predeceased by: his parents, Orland Langfitt and Naomi Langfitt (Brown); his son Chad Langfitt; and his siblings, Don, Earl, Sonny and Alma Bethune.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Langfitt (Sturdivan); his daughter Kelly Bell; his stepchildren, Guy Stanley, Kimberly Courtney, Lesa Keeton and Jolene Peck; his sisters, Betty Bramow, Opal Miller and Marjean Korff; and his daughter-in-law Amanda Langfitt. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
