He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth Dibble; and his parents, Clifford Wilkins and Leona Wilkins. He is survived by: his sons, Rodney Wilkins of Cedar Rapids and Troy Wilkins of Cedar Rapids; and his grandchildren, Wyatt and Tucker Wilkins of Cedar Rapids.
