She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Spicher and Marjorie Spicher (Eubanks); and her husband William "Bill" Mentzer. She is survived by: her close friend Paul; her children, Tammy (Larry), Michael (Linda) and Jeff (Emily); her grandchildren, Justin, Derek, Courtney, Whitney, Amiee, Brad, Corinne, Sevanna, Dylan, Scottie and Delana; her great grandchildren, Brynn, Morgan and Ashton; and her sisters, Sharon and Sue. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
