He was predeceased by: his parents, Craig Shoemaker and Lorna Bates Shoemaker. He is survived by: his wife Judy Shoemaker; his son DuWayne Gail (Theresa); his grandchildren, Hayden and Allison; his son Casey (Samantha); his father-in-law Robert Wyman (Marlene Wyman); his sister Bridget Garretson; and his siblings-in-law, Bobby, Steve, John Wyman, Amy, Dee and Dawnelle Wyman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
