He was predeceased by: his parents, Lumir Bena and Florence Bena (Schissel). He is survived by: his wife Linda Bena of Cedar Rapids; his daughters, Tami Altenhofen (Jody) of Walford and Jodi Zahner (David) of Cedar Rapids; his grandchildren, Lynsey Altenhofen, Matthew Altenhofen, Emily Zahner and Zak Zahner; and his sister Mary Zweigart (Robert).
Memorials may be directed to the family, which will be used to support Steve's favorite charities.
