She was predeceased by: her brother Eddie Smith Jr.; her grandmother Bertha Slayton; and her aunt Gail Slayton (Jerome Culp). She is survived by: her parents, Eddie L. Smith Sr. and Josie Williams (Mack Davis Sr.); her children, Lakeshia Hayward (Tom), Jereme Williams and Chrishun Williams; her grandchildren, Tre, Rhianna, Morris Jr., Jontay, Kiarra, Taytum, Keanna, Haley, Teagan and Jayla; her great grandchild Jo'Vonni; her siblings, Robert Ivory, Yolanda Ivory and Mack Davis Jr.; and her close friend Jerry Robinson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
