She was predeceased by: her parents, John Loeck and Bessie Loeck (Greene); and her husband Dale Perry. She is survived by: her children, Ann Grimm (Richard) of Robins, Patricia Prochaska (Glenn) of Cedar Rapids, Dale Aaron Perry II of Cedar Rapids and Peggi Knight (Travis) of Slater, Iowa; and her sister Marilyn Jo Scott of Independence. She is also survived by six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Kenwood United Methodist Church.
