Timothy Jay Perez Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Timothy Jay Perez of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, who passed away on March 13, 2021, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Lenora; his siblings-in-law, Jodene Perez and Melvin Jensen; and his sister Vicki Perez. He is survived by: his father Frank Perez; his siblings, Mary Jensen of Cedar Rapids, Marion of Cedar Rapids, Paulette Wood (Jim) of Cedar Rapids, Debbie Soukup (Dale) of Cedar Rapids, David Perez (Julie) of Cedar Rapids, John Perez, Janet Perez and Steve Perez (Tina); and his close friend Scott Hill of Cedar Rapids. He is also survived by the youngest of nine children, Tim was a treasure to his parents and their caregiver.
Those attending the visitation are respectfully requested to wear masks and practice social distancing.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to the National Kidney Foundation.
