He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Wesley and Anna Fox (Kauzlarich); his brothers, Charles Fox and Jack Fox; and his brother-in-law John Riedel.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Fox of Cedar Rapids; his son Thomas Fox (Robynette Brecke); his grandchildren, Bethannie, Andrea and Tommy; his siblings, Leonard Fox (Bernie) of Cedar Rapids, Betty Riedel of Ottumwa, Judy Young (Pete) of Maryville and Jane Hanneman (Les) of Edmond, OK; and his sister-in-law Josephine Fox of Centerville.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Dennis and Donna Oldorf Hospice House of Mercy in Tommy's name.
