She is survived by: her father Frank Perez; and her siblings, Mary Jensen of Cedar Rapids, Marion of Cedar Rapids, Paulette Wood (Jim) of Cedar Rapids, Debbie Soukup (Dale) of Cedar Rapids, David Perez (Julie) of Cedar Rapids, John Perez, Janet Perez and Steve Perez (Tina).
Those attending the visitation are respectfully requested to wear masks and practice social distancing.
