It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Victor Cedillo of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, born in Rock Island, Illinois, who passed away on May 7, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvadore Cedillo and Andrea Cedillo; and his siblings, Gloria Zaragoza (East Moline), Cassie Ward (California), Nellie Puga (East Moline), Delores Galardo (California) and Tony Cedillo (Davenport).

He is survived by: his wife Evangeline (Wells); and his children, Vickie Cedillo, Julieana Tutt (Nicholas), Tracy Herman, Jonathan Inge and Lupe Steenblock.
