It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Violet McDonald of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, born in Stanwood, Iowa, who passed away on November 25, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Yeater and Gladys Yeater (Klinkhammer); her husband Earl R. McDonald; her siblings, Edward, Malvin, Ron Yeater, Althea Kuzela and Evelyn Port; and her granddaughter Lisa.
She is survived by: her son Ron McDonald (Carole) of Cedar Rapids; her grandchildren, Rhonda McDonald (Marc) of Phoenix, AZ, Tracy Barton (Carl) of Cedar Rapids and Kelly Anderson (Joanna) of Parker, CO.; her great grandchildren, Josh Barton (Andrea) of Solon, IA, Grant Barton of London, England and Nick Barton of Cedar Rapids; her brother Marvin Yeater of Marion; and her brother-in-law Leonard Kuzela of Marion.
