It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia C. Wentzel of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, born in Holmen, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 12, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur Wentzel; her parents, Benjamin and Marian; her son Wayne Wentzel; her son-in-law Mark Barger; and her siblings, Susie, Earl and Paul.
She is survived by: her children, Dawn Zamastil (Joseph) of Cedar Rapids, Kim Barger of Cedar Rapids, Lorrie Myers (Keith) of Terre Haute and Allen Wentzel (Lillian) of Galesville, Wisconsin; her grandchildren, Kristina, Troy, Mike, Chris, Eric, Bric, Cody, Doug and Whitney; her great grandchildren, Logan, Hannah and Gracie; and her pet Hazel.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the family for a memorial fund to be established.
