He is survived by: his wife Teddiann Dvorak of Cedar Rapids; his daughter Wendi Glass (Demitrius) of St. Louis; his grandchildren, Aqeel and Aleem; his sister Evelyn Oldridge (Cecil) of Cedar Rapids; and his brother-in-law Lee Hollander of Warrenton. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
