He was predeceased by: his parents, Weldon Cargin and Berniece Cargin (Enats). He is survived by: his wife Gloria Cargin (Yes); his daughters, Tracy Techau of Cedar Rapids and Tori Cargin of Cedar Rapids; his grandchildren, Tammy Detert (Coy) and Matthew Techau; his great grandchildren, Cammy Detert and Dawsyn Techau; and his brother John Cargin of Cedar Rapids.
Those working on the COVID floor, in ICU and the Cardiac unit are angels on earth who have a true gift.
