He was predeceased by: his parents, William Rupp and Clara Rupp (Schmidt). He is survived by: his siblings, Larry Rupp, Bob Rupp (Darlene) and Janet Rupp; his cousin Fischer; and his close friends, Ron Roe and Sue Runde. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
