It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Francis Clancy (Cedar Rapids, Iowa), who passed away on March 23, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his daughter Carmen Marie; his siblings, Joseph, Maurice, Arthur, John and Joan Clancy; and his parents, Arthur Clancy and Winifred Clancy (Cahalan).

He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his sons, David William (Debra Miller), Blairstown and Michael Arthur (Trista Cortez); and his sister Mary Alphin.
