He was predeceased by : his parents, Wilfred Talcott and Bernice Talcott; and his spouse LaWona Kaye Exline. He is survived by : his daughter Jennifer Talcott-Chadwick (Andreas); his granddaughter Clarke Kaye of Vinton; his sister-in-law Linda Talcott (Gary); and his nephews, Chris and Pat Talcott. He is also survived by extended family and friends.

Memorials may be directed to his granddaughter, Clarke.
