Alta Cross Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 10, 2018, at the age of 94, Alta Cross (Chariton, Iowa) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Bill Cross; her son Dan; her parents, Cleona Probasco and John F. Probasco; and her siblings, John Elton, James David, Max Edward, Nellie Mae (Wright) and Robert Franklin.
She is survived by: her daughter Pam Robins (Steve); her grandsons, Brent and Matt (Emily); her great grandchildren, Ethan and Lauren; her sister Anna Ruble; and her daughter-in-law Karen Cross. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Chariton Christian Church (Disciples), 1100 Ilion Avenue, Chariton, Iowa 50049.
