He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell Swarthout and Betty Swarthout; his daughter Lori Swarthout; and his brother Al Swarthout. He is survived by: his wife Doris Swarthout; his children, Teri Huwe (Steve), Daniel McCulloch (Angie), Dede LaFleur (Rick) and Denise Mabile (Donnovan); his grandchildren, Lacey, Dawson, Carter, Caroline, Chase, Haden, Mia and Reese; and his brother Tom Swarthout (Julie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
