With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donnie Gibson (Chariton, Iowa), born in Sylmar, California, who passed away on October 7, 2019 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Gibson and Audrey Gibson (Ferguson); and his brother Steven Gibson. He is survived by: his wife Melody "Mel" Gibson (Goben); his children, Summer Evans (Lucas), Caleb Mumford (Niki) and Haley Mumford; his grandchildren, Allysa Erdman, Dallas Mumford, Charlotte Evans, Ella Mumford, Violet Evans and Gunner Mumford; his siblings, Donna Gibson (Mark Simons), Audrey Jean Sprolls, Gary Gibson and Johnnie Gibson (Alceda); his uncle Frankie Ferguson; and his father-in-law Bob Goben. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, in-laws and friends.
