He is survived by: his wife Cindi Cook of Phoenix, AZ; his sons, Kurt (Toni) of Chariton and Cody (Jhenon); his siblings, Arnan McCullough of Russell, Jennine Rex (Steve) of Enumclaw, WA, Galen McCullough (Pam) of Chariton, Mo White of Chariton and Coleen (Mark); his sisters-in-law, Lois Jeffries of Russell, Leah McCullough of Hayden, ID and Shelli Sant (George) of Chandler, AZ; his father-in-law Ben Cook (Donna) of Post Falls, ID.; his grandchildren, Kelsey Kimsey (Brett) of Lacona, Bobbi Jo, Emmit Evans, Max, Mila and Sophia McCullough of Chariton; and his aunt LaNelle Herron of Chariton.
