She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Oran Garrett and Abbye Garrett; her son Brian Chamberlain; her brother-in-law Darwin Reed; her husband Eldon; her daughter Brenda Chamberlain (Randy); her daughter-in-law Tracy Chamberlain; her stepchildren, Bill Reed and Terri Rumley (Jerry); her siblings, Jim Garrett (JoAnn), Carolyn, Nichols of Knoxville and Joanne Sellers (Dean) of Ankeny; her siblings-in-law, Maelene (Duane), Dorman (Kathy) and Chet (Sharon); and her grandchildren, Tyson, Haylie, Wyatt, Curran, Ryan, Taylor and Ali. She was also cherished by ten great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Memorials may be made in Linda's name to Circle of Life Hospice in Chariton.
