We are sad to announce that on November 27, 2022, at the age of 98, Genevieve Boyd of Charles City, Iowa, born in Floyd, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Harry B. Fox and Nellie M. Fox (Carney); her husband Duane C. Boyd; her siblings, Lucilee Fluhrer, Lenore Fluhrer and Harry J. Fox; and her stepfather Ed Hammond.
She is survived by : her daughter Karen Rankin (Steve) of Sheboygan; her grandchildren, Eric (Cheri), Molly Rankin, Gavin Rankin, Adam (Alissa), Arreana Rankin, Ryver Rankin, Heidi Duke, William Duke and Nicholas Duke; her son Leland Boyd (Kristeen) of Charles City; her granddaughter Dr. Angela (Greg); her great grandchildren, Caleb Townsend (Carlye), Elijah Townsend, Abigail Townsend and Gabrielle Townsend; her granddaughter Melissa (Wendy Haroldson); her sister-in-law Dixie Hart Fox; and her cousin Rhoda Huxol McCartney.
Memorials will be directed by the family.
