She was predeceased by: her parents, Cliff Sigler and Viola Sigler (Jenkins); and her sisters, Gerry Bray and Barbara Rapp. She is survived by: her husband Norman Roy Tolliver; her sons, Blake of Charles City, Tim (Cindy) of Floyd and Todd (Julie) of Badger, Iowa; her grandchildren, Ryan Tolliver (Autumn), Cody Tolliver, Jared Tolliver (Bethany), Grace Tolliver and Evan Tolliver; her great grandchildren, Brayden, Audrina and Brooklyn; and her siblings, Bruce Sigler (Marilyn) and Delores Roberts. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
