He was predeceased by: his parents, Rose Dunn, (Schmitt) and Victor "Franklin" Dunn, Sr.; his siblings, Bill Dunn and Eleanor Bistline; his brother-in-law Carl Schupanitz; his cousin Margaret Quinlan; his niece Karla Campbell; and his nephew Michael Dunn.
He is survived by: his wife Joan (Conrad); his children, Kevin, Stacy, Kate Armstrong and Tracy (Todd); his grandchildren, Jordan, Brianna, Tyler, Madison, Abby, Emily, Chelsi and Jayden; his great grandchildren, Talyn, Sloane, Rhenley, Blayne and Amelio; his sisters, Sister Ann Marie Dunn and Mary Schupanitz; and his siblings-in-law, Lucille Dunn and Ralph Bistline. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorials be given to the Charles City High School Booster Club, Charles City Police Department, and/or AMR in Charles City.
