He was predeceased by: his parents, Neale Towner and Gunborg "Betsy" Towner (Nelson); his sister Claire Towner; and his great grandchild Lillith Towner. He is survived by: his wife Mary (Garner); his children, Jimmy Towner (Amy) and Toni Towner (Adam Peterson); his grandchildren, Karah Shrimpton (RJ), Paige Schiltz (Jeremy), Derek Towner, Sean Towner, Shelby English (Logan), Neale Towner III (Katie) and Delane Towner; and his siblings, John Graham (Terri), Joe Graham (Barb), Eric Graham (Shari), Anthony Graham and Joanne Kyle (Mike). He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
