He was predeceased by : his parents, Russell Vance and Alma Vance (Wedeking); his wife Sally Eveland; and his brother Jerry Vance. He is survived by : his former life partner Donna Kelm (Harris); his children, Brian Vance (Teri), Keith Vance, Tami Vance, Chad Vance (Jennifer) and Seth Eveland (Suzy); his great grandchild Sister Elaine Bohlen (Marvin); and his caregiver Lori Anderson. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
