It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Kratchmer of Clarksville, Iowa, who passed away on July 26, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, John M. Juhl and Leah Juhl (Wentworth); and her siblings, Eugene Juhl (Dorothy) and Lorraine Maupin (Dale). She is survived by : her former life partner Eldon Kratchmer; her children, Keith Kratchmer (Rachel) of Clarksville, Iowa and Kelly Meyer (Greg) of Sumner, Iowa; and her sister Harriett Blockhus (Ken) of Elgin, Iowa.. She is also survived by three grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
