He was predeceased by : his parents, Herman H. and Wanda Augusta Amelia Rohlwing (Hilmer). He is survived by : his wife Lavola; his children, Alan Rohlwing of Des Moines, Paul (Jill Scott) of Cedar Rapids, Rebecca Vasey (Henry) of Des Moines and Lori Rohlwing (Chris Yoakum) of Colfax; and also Clarksville. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
