She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest Bailey and Glea Bailey (Swartwood); her husband Louis Votava; and her brother Jack Bailey. She is survived by: her children, Nancy Sobotka (Dennis) of Ogden, UT, Marvin Votava of McGregor, IA, Janis Pirtle (John) of Clearfield, IA and Lonnie Votava of Clearfield, IA; her grandchildren, Erika Pirtle of Ankeny, IA and Erin Morrison (Dustin) of St Charles, IA; her great grandchildren, Grady and Levi Morrison; and her siblings-in-law, Ann Votava of Lenox, IA and Jim Rood of Largo, FL. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
