It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Jeanne Schawl Dodds (Clinton, Iowa), who passed away on March 24, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles W. Dunn and Jessie Dunn (Cromer); her husband Lyle Schawl; her former husband Wendell Dodds; her brother William H. Dunn; and her sister-in-law Lois Dunn Wulf.
She is survived by: her children, David Schawl of Coralville, IA, Laurie Hogan (Rob) of St. Augustine, FL, Kathy Kelly (Dave) of Eldridge, IA, Ken Schawl (Joellyn) of Avondale, AZ and Steven Schawl-Cornier (Alberto Santiago Cornier) of Puerto Rico. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
