He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Martzahn and Leota Martzahn (Witt); his stepmother Hazel Martzahn; and his brother Bob Martzahn. He is survived by: his wife Mildred "Millie" Christiansen; his siblings-in-law, Sandi Christiansen of Camanche and John "Spider" Christiansen of Clinton; and his sibling's children, Mary Holt (Howard) of Belleville, IL, Mark Stopher of Clinton and Tim Stopher (Kim).
