He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Jr. Perkins and Ann Perkins; and his sister Patricia Purvis. He is survived by: his mother-in-law Nancy; his wife Nancy; his children, John Perkins, Carrie Livingston of Los Angeles and Katie Komenda (Drew) of Prairie Village, Kansas.; his grandchildren, Baird, Molly, Madeline Rose, Graham of Los Angeles, CA, Colin, Sam and Harry of Prairie Village, KS; and his siblings, Vickie Wagner (Al) of Stuart, Florida and Michael Perkins (Lynn). He is also survived by four nieces and one nephew.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Heart Association or Autism Speaks.
