He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ed Sturm-Nepple and Sophia Sturm-Nepple; his wife Judy Wagner; his children, Mike Nepple of St. Louis, MO and Michelle Boris; his son-in-law Nick Boris; his granddaughter Sarah Katherine Lee Boris of Georgetown, TX; his siblings, Mary Jane Boes of Elgin, NE, Vern Nepple (Roe) of The Villages, FL, Larry Nepple (Cindy) of The Villages, FL, Ray Nepple (Marlene) of Iowa City, IA, Ron Nepple (Kathy) of Clinton, MO, Jerome Nepple (Diane) of Carroll, IA and Elaine Irlbeck (Leroy) of Manning, IA.; and his brother-in-law Gene Boes.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Boys Town in Omaha, NE (in care of his nephew, Father Steve Boes, President) or EveryStep Hospice, temporarily located at 3000 Easton Blvd., Des Moines, IA.
