He is survived by: his wife Karen Lefler; his daughters, Cheryl Temple (Gary), Judy Evans and Kati Brockman (Dave); his grandchildren, Brandon Temple, Tyler Temple, Josh Evans, Chris Evans, Natalie Brockman, Sarah Brockman and Christine Brockman; his great grandchildren, Gavin Temple, Aidan Temple and Harper Temple; his stepchildren, Chad Kennedy (Krista) and Heather Rude; his stepgrandchildren, Max Kennedy, Olivia Kennedy, Brayton Rude and Halle Rude; and his niece Elaine Page.
