He was predeceased by: his parents, George "Frank" and Margaret Boozell (Hickle); his wife Roberta "Darlene" Morris; his daughter Julie Boozell; his siblings, Pete, Bob Boozell and Mary Smith; his sons-in-law, Jerry Fredregill and Komer Johnson Jr.; and his grandsons, Joshua Fertig and Kevin Johnson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Vickie Fredregill of Colo, Kathy Larsen (Mark) of Nevada, Deb Johnson (Harlan Sprecher) of Boone, Cindy Sparks (Michael) of Nevada and Shirley McNeece (Bill) of Pleasant Hill; his siblings, Lonnie Boozell (Judy) of California and Betty Breer of Collins; and his sisters-in-law, Delores Hemminger of Pennsylvania and Marilyn Danze of Des Moines. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren; 8 great-great grandchildren.
