It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Mabel Medaris of Columbus Junction, Iowa, who passed away at the age of 97, on September 10, 2020. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Lowery and Nellie Lowery (Dorothy); her siblings, Glenn, Floyd, Paul, Raymond and Gladys; and her granddaughter Heather.
She is survived by: her husband Lewis Eugene Medaris; and her children, Lewis Medaris (Patricia) of Blairstown, Iowa, Nancy Nelson (Bob) of Morning Sun, Sherry Cahill (Ed) of Boulder and Cindy Ward (Mike) of Bonaparte, Iowa. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren; eleven great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Per Mabel's request and due to the COVID-19 restrictions, there will be no visitation.
