She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Perin W. Rotter and Hannah G. Rotter (Edwards); her grandparents, Jim and Lillian Edwards'; her daughter Gracie; her friends, Doris Cann and Marsha Burk; her aunt Mary; and her uncle James Edwards.
Due to Covid, family requests all that attend to wear a mask and social distance.
Memorials may be directed to Colonial Manor in memory of Margaret instead of flowers.
