Raymond Werner Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 27, 2020, at the age of 101, Raymond Werner (Columbus Junction, Iowa) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Willian Albert and Pearl Mae Werner (Pantel); his former wife Wanda Young; his wife Evelyn Buster (Staub); his stepson John Buster; and his siblings, Charles Pantel, David Werner, John Werner and Mary Crumly.
He is survived by: his children, Janice Campbell of Davenport, James Dale Werner of Letts, Robert Allen Werner of Pasadena and Marcia Crooks (Rick) of Muscatine; his stepdaughters, Paula Buckman (Robert) of Morning Sun and Pamela Humphreys (Harold) of Crawfordsville; and his stepdaughter-in-law Ingrid Buster of Morning Sun. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Due to Covid restrictions, all who attend are required to wear a mask and social distance.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Ray and Evelyn Werner Wapello Scholarship Fund, Letts United Methodist Church or Love Takes Root (an orphanage in Haiti).
