He is survived by: his wife Tonya Ann (Garrett); his children, Aaron Powers (Wendy) and Tammy Brown (Mike); his stepmother Anna Powers (Clark); his brother Lonnie Powers (Jackie); his grandchildren, Leighana Franks, Steven Franks, Krystina Franks, Jarrett Brown, Jennica Brown, Charles Powers, Daniel Powers and Erick Powers; and his great grandchild Elizabeth Walsh.
