He was predeceased by: his brother Gabriel Wheeler; his uncle Willie Wheeler, Jr.; his grandfather Gary Griffith; his great-grandparents, Colleen, John LaRue, Chester, Marie Wheeler, Elmer, Diane Griffith, Judy and Stan Buckley; and his cousin Michael Wheeler.
He is survived by: his parents, Tim Wheeler and Wendy Wheeler; his sister Jizelle Wheeler of Muscatine; and his grandparents, Willie, Marlene Wheeler of Muscatine and Julie Buckley of Jefferson City, Missouri. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family in Timothy's name.
