She was predeceased by: her parents, Pedro Melendez Huggins and Saturnina Fuentes Torrez; her husband Alberto Marcial Quintana Chirrino; and her son Alejandro De Jesus. She is survived by: her daughter Sandra Nieto (Fabian) of Grandview; and her granddaughters, Jennifer and Nancy. She is also survived by many grandchildren; great grandchildren; siblings in Puerto Rico and extended family.
