He was predeceased by: his parents, James R. McCormick and Lillian LaRue McCormick; and his brothers, Ronald and Kenneth McCormick. He is survived by: his wife Monica Warhank of Conesville; his children, Cindy Lyall of Cedar Rapids and Jami McCormick of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin; his grandson Aramis Lyall; and his siblings, Gayle McCormick of Indianola, Barry McCormick of Memphis, Tim McCormick of Muscatine, Keith McCormick of East Moline, Illinois, Bonnie Buser of Muscatine, Christine McCormick of Muscatine and Peggy Smith of Muscatine.
