He is survived by: his wife Pamela Curry; his children, Jeanette Carter (Jason) of West Liberty, Melissia Heuer (Ryan) of Muscatine, Chad Johnson of Conesville and Jamie Johnson of Muscatine; his grandchildren, Morgann, William Elliott, Nickolas Bell, Marcus, Mia, Mya Rodriguez, Mathew Heuer, Dominix, Donavin, Jamie, Jailen and Alanna Johnson; and his siblings, Tom Johnson (Koralie) of Muscatine, Donnie Johnson (Leslie) of Arkansas, Lois Horn of Des Moines and Jackie Brase of Muscatine.
