He is survived by: his children, Lori (Mark) of Berryville, Brian Westlake (Sherri) of Conesville and Brent Westlake (Janel Mills) of Conesville; his grandchildren, Nicholas Roller (Lori), Cameron Roller and Samantha Svalina; and his great grandchildren, Lindsey, Lexis, Axle Roller, Jaylea and Jena Perez.
