He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Ernest, Virginia Lau, Marvin and Leona Rowe; his aunt Linda Frericks; and his uncle Ed Rowe.

He is survived by : his father Steven Dean; his wife Debra Kay Phillips; his mother Sandra Cakerice (Rowe); his children, Thomas Argo (Mary), April Ackley (Michael), Jason Argo (Robin), Crystal Lawthers (Blake), Santana Lau, Jeffery Lau, Jr. and Nikki Valdez; his grandchildren, Lexi Argo, Alyssa Weeces, Jaycee Argo, Jakob Argo, Liam Argo, Kara Ackley, Britiney Ackley and Mario Miglia; his great grandchildren, Yui Jo Young, Jack Blaze Miller and Leland Apollo Miller; his siblings, Tim Lau, Dahn Kennedy and Denis Monthy; and his close friends, Kurt and Aubrey Cassady.

Memorial contributions may be directed to the family for later designations.
