Faris of Conrad, Iowa, born in Whitten, Iowa, who passed away on September 16, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Harvey Smith and Zula Smith (Powers); her siblings, Noradell (Leo), Harvey (Helen), Marvin, Marlin (Shirley) and Delma Woodley (Charlie); and her siblings-in-law, Edward Faris, Robert Wellman and Mary Faris.

She is survived by : her husband Leo Faris; her children, Kathy Gilmore (Daryl) of Marshalltown, IA and Jim Faris (Gayle) of Hubbard, IA; her grandchildren, Brett Gilmore, Brant Gilmore (Lori), Brock Gilmore (Laura Otto), Amber Wiertzema (Nathan) and Austin Faris (Amy); her great grandchildren, Taylor White (Keith), Cole Gilmore, Bo Eggers, Chase Eggers, Stevi Eggers, Madison Wiertzema, Paige Wiertzema, Hailey Faris and Logan Faris; her great great grandchild Scarlett White; and her siblings-in-law, Gary Faris (Joyce) and Rosemary Wellman.
